He basically applies this to all the stimulants. That the changes should be noticed when you look back on your week. Now I get that the lower the dose, the less strong it will be ofc. But I don’t know anyone who just “feels it in the background” unless their tolerance is very high, or I’ve heard this is what dexedrine is like for some. How can you not notice a stimulant kicking in?? Unless I should be on a much lower dose (and others too)? The only way I would probably not feel it would be less than 2.5mg of IR—which would not help me in any way lol.
