Smelling like a burning plug in my room?

Is this phantosmia? I was on untested XTC when I noticed my room smelt like a burning plug. I ve checked all of my plugs in the house and they all were fine but the smell was still there. I was very fucked up barely breathing and I genuinely thought I could smell my neurons getting fried lol Definitely not MDMA I know, but is this a hallucination always linked to stroke?
I was also bleeding in my nose but a few drops that lasted a few seconds - did i escape a possible hemorrhagic stroke?
