Nothing is as eerie as the post history of those too far gone

Post Body

Browse this sub for around 5 seconds and you'll come across a post that doesn't make any fucking sense whatsoever. There's always a steady supply of shitposts, acute intoxicated ramblings, walls of text or unhinged stories about whatever sexual practice you deviants have been up to.

But there's a certain type of post that is just plain eerie. You know which ones. It's those that might be written with perfect spelling and good grammar, but express a way of thinking so bizarre that it can only stem from a mind pushed over the edge. Someone too far gone in the methophrenia.

I just spent some time doing some r/stims archeology and it felt haunted. I found so many profiles that are just the traces of someone's downfall. It's also heartbreaking, for fuck's sakes you see people write about how they're quitting, giving it the final try with everything on the line. They know this is their last chance to quit before they lose whatever they have left by that point. That is usually followed by a period of radio silence until the next thing they write confirms the worst case.

Meth really is terrifying.

And yes... I'm aware that my profile is starting to tell a similar narrative, and I'm more than scared.
