Do you ever get "bored" of feeling constantly overstimulated? And if so, what do you do or take to find that sweet "flow state"?

I'm prescribed Vyvanse. If I have a protein-rich breakfast, after a good sleep, take my dose and add on caffeine later, it can really potentiate the euphoric effects. Of course, this is already not a good sign as it's a sign of overdose (check your medicinal insert for "euphoria"). It can be fun for a while, as many of you know, but it depletes so many vitamins and minerals, messes up your body and brain and leads to depression and other horrible side effects in the long run.

I am working on removing sugar and other unhealthy foods from my diet, trying to get more sleep, and feeding my body with nutritious food.

If you've heard of the synergistic effect of taking caffeine with l-theanine, you'll understand what I'm aiming for. I need to take my Vyvanse, for now. Who knows what will happen in the future? But I'd definitely love to remove daily caffeine intake because of the over stimulation it can lead to, both cognitively and physiologically.

Adding taurine seems to be one of the best choices so far, along with correcting nutritional deficiencies. I think that Red Bull got it right when they chose taurine due to its attenuation of the negative side effects of caffeine intake. It also makes me feel more balanced and helps me sleep.

So, I would like to ask - do you ever get bored of feeling constantly overstimulated? And if so, what do you do or take to find that sweet spot, that "flow state"?
