Cocaine hydrochloride and dextroamphetamine sulphate

I am 19/f and have used cocaine hydrochloride almost daily for 3 years. I smoked crack cocaine for a month back in April but that is no longer. I’ve been prescribed dextroamphetamine/dexafetamine/ Amfexa/ dexies for years now but the NHS is so shit they’re only reviewing it 3 years later.

My instant release dex dose is 10mg daily which is dumb in itself due to the half life of dex being 4-6h but I have a decent psychiatrist now. I forgot to ask him today but is there a cross tolerance between cocaine and dexies? He is aware of my cocaine use but we never discussed this.
