Not working as prescribed

Post Body

Ok so the other day I mistakenly took double my vyvanse dosage at 60 mg each pill. Played it safe that day and didn't take my Adderall, (I sometimes recreational take extra adderall in the afternoons and pretty much always rail my Adderall regardless if I'm taking prescribed amount of 10mg or taking more). Anyways I had never doubled my Vyvanse, if I have taken extra in the past it was just like 20-30mg extra. I had a great day, and decided to have a few great days. So next day I doubled it again and took like 30 mg Adderall, and then doubled Vyvanse yesterday and only took 10 mg Adderall spread thru the day. Slept each night, have to appear normal to the family. Today I'm back on my grind of normalcy. 60 mg vyvanse 10 mg Adderall booster. It is not working to help me focus as it normally does AT ALL. When I took a bunch I was super focused and doing great. Now that I'm back on my normal dosage after my little mini binge I'm a super space case, can't focus or finish a task and I feel like I do when I don't take ANY of my meds (super ADHD.) i feel more stimmed then i did on a big dosage. Hell on a big dosage I was just focused and a little sleepy. i usually only get this speedy feeling when i take a ton of adderall over my dosage amount without my vyvanse. Is this normal? Did I just overdo it and my body needs to regulate again? Or did I just screw myself?
