Vyvanse/Adderall

I am prescribed 60 mg Vyvanse in the morning and 10 mg Adderall in the afternoon. This morning was absolutely chaos and I accidentally took two of my Vyvanse, about 3 hours apart, because I forgot I had already taken my morning dose. Should I skip my Adderall this afternoon? I don't mind having a buzz if that's what I get from taking my Adderall (often take in non prescribed way) But I don't want my heart to go boom.
