Somebody knows some lifehack to blow your nose quite when it’s really clogged up?

You know when it stuck somewhere deep inside and kinda hardens. You can’t just wash it with saline so you need to create some turbocharger 2 atmospheres pressure and then it goes so loud, you can hear it everywhere in apparent, and even Neighbours could hear it too I think 😂
I usually cover my head with pillow but it doesn’t help much 🤔
