should i be dosing my adderall differently?

Post Body

ive been prescribed adderall for about 6 years now, but usually can go a few months without taking them. despite the long ass breaks i built up a tolerance and even skipping 6 months straight doesn't help me reset anything.

thinking about trying some antioxidant supplements the next time im on a break, but that wont be for awhile since i'm locked into a 10 month work contract. im putting in 50hrs some weeks and have really needed this this to work but ive gotten to where im taking WAY too much addey and it barely does anything.

for example earlier this week i dosed about 200mg in 24hr time period, then ended up with god awful physical effects (heartrate and breathing, yes i did keep mindful of being hydrated and fed) and not any mental benefits

i dont want to keep taking this much every couple of days. usually i take anywhere between 10-25mg at a time, but i redose very often, sometimes hourly. wanted to ask yall if it makes much of a difference if you take 50mg at once, will you have to dose less often? i take a combo of IR and XR right now.

also if anyone has other tips for stretching the dose i welcome any advice. ive already taken w antacids and boofed a few times, limited results. ritalin and vyvanse doesnt do shit for me unfortunately
