I thought this was obvious that it affects everyone this same way. However I stumbled across an r/ADHD post from 2 years ago that had people in the comments claiming that it only increases your heart rate and blood pressure significantly if you already had issues with that or were genetically predisposed. That kinda sounds like BS to me. How would a stimulant NOT do that to people. My blood pressure and heart rate return to normal off of meds, although I feel like caffeine raises it considerably still. I think most people are not checking their pulse or BP on stimulants…
