I had a bit of abuse going on 7 months ago that made me stop and take a break. I was prescribed three 5mgs a day and took up to 40mg sometimes and pulled all nighters etc etc.

Now I am trying it again and starting very slow at 5mg XR. I was honestly getting ready to finally get stuff done and clean my room. But I’m just tired and slow instead?? Is this the normal therapeutic dose feeling? I wonder if things got so bad before because I was on mirtazapine and 10mg XR with an IR booster that made me veeery amped up at times. I thought that was what it was supposed to do, so when I came off of mirtazapine, I kept taking more adderall to get to that feeling but I just never did get it. I want to take a nap rn wtf!
