Are you worried for your heart health and blood pressure?

I’m on therapeutic ADHD meds I.e. don’t abuse street stims, but I feel it’s all much of a muchness (to some extent) & I still worry about my heart health. Regardless if you’re using medicianlly or recreationally - is this something you’re concerned about?
