i have ocd and whenever i do a stim it really worsens my symptoms, like normally i can manage my ocd for the most part but stims make me super fucking agitated whenever i get obsessive thoughts and i pretty much always act on them which sober i try my best to not do compulsions. i remember my first time doing vyvanse i was trying to do some annoying ass trigonometry work but instead of doing it i just sat there repeating the phrase "i don't like this" a million fucking times to calm myself down but it wouldn't work along with a bunch of other compulsions that made no sense at all. like i love the feeling that stims give me but i have to keep my dose pretty low due to ocd. anyone here with ocd also do stims?
