Is there a way to stop the prolonged muscle/body twitches from Adderall?

I don’t even take much. I take 10mg IR every morning at 8am, but the twitching keeps me up well past midnight. It’s annoying because the drug is long gone but the tics stay for a very long time.
I drink 2-4 liters of water per day, exercise and even Magnesium. I eliminated caffeine from my routine and it did nothing.
Anecdotally, last night I took zzzquil to fall asleep; it worked for an hour, until I woke up from my full body twitch.
