Does anyone know what’s going on? Please help

I could cry insomnia is torture. I took 10mg of Adderall IR with a 20oz cup of coffee at 9am and it’s now 1:30am and I’m still not tired.
My muscles are twitching, I’m anxious and my eyes flutter when I try to sleep. It’s been fucking 16 hours.
I’m prescribed, but haven’t taken one since Sunday, until today. Why is this happening?????
