Experience with 200 MG gummy? 😬

Hi all, please don't make fun of me 😬🙏 but my friend just ate a whole gummy from a 600-mg 3 pack of Blue Raspberry Blast, without realizing that was 200 MG right there. She's 33, but extremely small and petite, like under 5'0" and thin. She said she had a bad high on a 50 MG edible one time, but I don't know any details about the edible/strain/whatever.
Anyone have any idea of how intense this high has the potential to be?! I know it varies a lot, but ANY experience you can share is welcome.
