100% lifetime natural 21 yrs old been training for 3 years since this photo I have since bulked up another 8.4kg now at 78kg and switched my program to have two leg days a week ( A. Day quad focused B. Day hamstring focus training calves both days) have researched for about two years on compounds and their affect but looking for advice and maybe a coach in my next cutting faze I’m about to start. Want to run my first cycle in this faze (I know everyone says it’s better to do in a surplus)
