Hey all,
I apologise if this has been covered before. I imagine it has. I'm 37 and natty til now (or soon to be) and awaiting my blood tests. I was wondering how you calculate how much test to run for your cycles.
With all the conflicting info out there between studies and fucking tik tok and everything in between, it's hard to see the Forrest through the trees and get solid info.
