Started lifting weights a year ago almost exactly. And running. I weighted 300 pounds. (I’m 6’4). Lost everything material to drugs. A good job in real estate. My self respect. And went from 200 pounds to 300 pounds and bedridden in about 8 months. The first pic is me at rock bottom. My testosterone levels were barely triple digits. Was put on trt at the age of 35. Which got me moving again and eating healthy. But by random chance I stumbled upon a 60 second rich piana video talking about the 8 hour arm workout. I had no idea who he was or had any interest in lifting but for some reason I became instantly fascinated. Here I am a year later. I’ve run various compounds. I don’t seem to have any issues with estrogen. Never needed an AI despite some high dose experiments. Nor do I seem to have any unwanted side effect related to progesterone and prolactin. I’m down to 230-240 depending on time of day. I bike 2 hours a day and I lift for 3. I believe the gym saved my life to a large extent.
Crazy work rate my man keep smashing it!
