First cycle done. Here’s what I found. What to do for the second?

Stats: 31 years old 181cm Start weight: 184lb End weight: 202lb

Cycle: 300mg test c week 1-10, 400mg test c week 10-16 (I upped as realised I was going to end up with a lot waste)

Goals: training for American football DB so increase lbm (always want to look good in pads lol) increase power and speed, small focus on increase strength

What I found in this cycle was good solid progress day in day out. It didn’t blow me away to the point where I thought I was superman, but the difference in training from energy to pumps was very noticeable.

Sleep was better, sex drive was better and overall energy was better. At around week 13 I hit some elevated E2 levels. My face blew up like Peter griffin, sex drive zapped and workouts felt like shit. All fixed in a week though.

I’m so glad I didn’t stack anything else on this, honestly if you reading this debating what to do for your first cycle, just do test.

Going for round 2 once pct is complete and blood work back to normal. I will spend some time natural in a very slow cut phase to strip some bodyfat and start the next cycle leaner. As I clearly aromatised around 400mg test I was either thinking 300 test, 150 primo or 400 test 200 primo. Interested to hear peoples thoughts?
