I lift, I cycle, i eat well, and my muscles still don’t “pop”

What am I doing wrong here?…. I’ve been lifting and training hard for the past 4 years and done 2 cycles and I can never obtain “eye popping” muscles.

For example, the shape of my back is there, but there’s like nothing eye popping about it.

I’m starting to think I am completely genetically fucked in this aspect and only good genetics can obtain aesthetic eye pleasing physiques.

My chest doesn’t fucking grow no matter what and it’s cursed with gyno, I have never in my life had a masculine chest (fuck your feminine tits dad!).

I can’t even progressively overload because I’m pretty sure I have a partial tear in my rotator cuff preventing from putting up anything heavy on the barbell for my bench (I can rep 225 about 8 times before my shoulder says fuck you).

I used to be obese (5’8” 315lbs) and the loose skin on my gut won’t go away.
Having a thin waist has become nothing more than a pipe dream for me and I will be stuck with the “boxy” gut for the rest of my life.

Fuck my bloodline!
