30 years old, playing football at semi pro level with chance to be fully paid (DB/WR). Stats: Height 181cm Weight 87kg Squat: 180kg Deadlift: 220kg Bench: 110kg

I am going to run a 16 week cycle, test C 250ml per week & Primo 300ml per week.

My current training plan for off season: M: Sprints & Position work T: Lower Strength W: upper strength T: REST F: Lower Power S: Upper Strength S: position work (lower intensity)

Couple questions, what would be the best PCT to run to limit any performance drop off as I will finish cycle in season?

Secondly, should I amend training in any way whilst on?
