Enclomiphene is it safe and how should I go about cycling it etc ?

Ive been going to the gym for about 3 years but have been very on and off im quite big for having a 6’4 frame but recently Ive been feeling demotivated to go to the gym as I really don’t feel that big anymore but more to the point im looking to start taking Enclomiphene as I’ve heard good things about it but the internet is full of bull shit so I’m looking for real advice. Can anyone help ?
