2-1/2 years ago dr said I had type diabetes, I didn’t want to take meds so I did keto and dropped from 220 to 165. I was 61 years old and looked 75 after losing weight but blood sugar was great. Shortly after dr put me on trt and I started working out and making small gains. I ended up running a couple of cycles with test c deca and eq. So I started looking at work out diet and started eating chicken, fish, steak and rice . I started getting pretty big but my blood sugar is way high again now and I can’t get it down. So what I’m asking is can anyone recommend food that will get me good muscle without raising my blood sugar our medication that is weight lifting friendly
