I've been lifting a few years now with minimal slowly plateauing gains due to low test, just not low enough to get a script. This year I finally got a script and have been on Test Cyp 200mg .5ml 2x week, with .25ml hcg 2x week for about 5 months now and have noticed a significant improvement overall especially in mood/energy.
I've recently got a script for Deca and look forward to its arrival. I'd like to make the most of this cycle to cut but I want to do it as safely as possible.
What supplements / diet do y'all veterans recommend for my first test/deca cycle with the goal of cutting? Any other tips/suggestions will be gladly accepted.
