Axis problem on USB dance pad!

Hello, i bought a very cheap soft dance pad from AliExpress that only has a USB conection. The weirdest thing happens to me:

-All the arrows work individually.

-I can press left/right Up at the same time. Also left right

-But the down Arrow doesnt work when I press another.

When im testing the buttons It appears as joycon and my pc recognizes It as a gaming device. I have the axis fix on: nothing. I also tried a fix that I saw in the forums that used AutoMapping and nothing.

I mapped the arrows manually in stepmania. Anyone has a similar issue?
