One being have they announced or even maybe hinted to a command console? or even basic cheats? it's more for fun rather then lack of skill. me and my friend have sunk countless hours on the oc version but I ended up getting it on console since pc broke, so just was wondering if anyone has an answer for that, though I'm sure it's been answered and secondly is does anyone know if the console version does what the pc does for AI wars? like for example I saw a video of a time lapse where it was purely AI playing while the player spectated, is that something that cane be done of console also? or is that done through console commands also

EDIT: so after a little research it's called "observer mode" but not sure if the console edition has it? Googled it and all I see is someone accidently triggered an observer bug but that's it, no answers else where
