Best Possible Setup/Multiplayer

With trying to min/max as much as possible, and understanding there are ideal civics and traits, help me with builds for a couple empires to take on my friends with. Also, what Tradition/Ascension path would you suggest to flesh them out and improve on their strengths or cover their weaknesses?
Looking for a Hive Mind build.
And a Robot/Science build.
Also, if anyone has a Spiritual/Warrior type build, that would be awesome too.
Looking for a little flavor while remaining competitive. Thank you.
