Is there a mod that lets you run Archeology sites outside your territory? I have the "urge" to play tall, but I know that these sites are also an addiction (not to mention the possibility of relics from some of them). Is there anything that would let you do this without the need to spread in weird patterns just to get them in your borders?

I've tried looking through the game files (I'm used to looking through Paradox config files after playing HoI3 since beta), but I can't find anything that handles this specific action.
