New player with all content/DLC unlocked. Where to start?

I bought the base game a while back after a friend with 2000 hours in-game gave it a high recommendation, but never found the time to play. I ended up being gifted the entire DLC collection (with the sole exception of Overlord) during the Steam Summer Sale this week, and want to give the game a try.

It seems like a complex game. Is there a set of DLCs that it makes sense to start with as a new player? Or should I disable all of them? Any tips on beginner-friendly starts, or general good-to-know advice would be appreciated!
