War games?
Post Body

How would everyone feel about a war games scenario as an event?

It could help with the midgame crawl. An event pops up where you and allied/friendly empires deploy "x amount of ships to x system" for wargmes. Something that pops up in the situation log but not a timed event.

In that system, you and your allies do battle with the "enemy". Looks, sounds and feels like a real battle with ships based off enemy designs. But you take no losses but can still level up your admirals.

Does this seem like a good idea? What does everyone think? I see it as a good way to test out designs against enemy designs, as well as level up admirals. That's my main gripe with the game.

Admirals and generals can gain new traits. But they won't level up unless they are in combat
