I am Tzynn emprire. I have been at war with Xabir for a few years now. in the midst of the war they had an uprising and their empire basically got split in two and that uprising declared war on Xabir as well.
there are a handful of systems unavailable for conquer because neighboring empires have their borders closed making it impossible to reach one singular system with a few planets in could occupy instead, however every other opposing empire has absolutely no fleets, no planets, no free systems, not even a transport.
i legit only need this planet to achieve war goals, but it’s saying im demanding an unoccupied system. i have a 16k army occupying the plant (lone planet in the entire system) and ive been bombarding it for a year now.
is there anything im not doing that i can do to resolve this????
