I have a laptop but I don't want to carry it everywhere with me just to play games I also don't want to leave it on all the time just to play steam especially if I'm not around to make sure it doesn't overheat or stay plugged in and run up my electric bill more then i already do. Is there a way to play steam games on my phone without my laptop always being on.
