(H) cards from a couple games ( Advent Rising, Fable Anniversary, The Witcher 2 and more) (W) cards i am missing from those games. (More details inside)

I used steamtradematcher.com to get rid of most of my duplicates/get missing cards but i am running into trouble getting cards from these last 10 or so games. Either from not finding people with matching cards or people never accepting trades. So back here to try my luck again.
