Got no other games coming up with this error done all the normal stuff like updating microsoft software .NET Framework and DirectX but still getting the same problem after any help please

Into the Radius-win64-shipping.exe - Application Error
this application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)

was told to install Epic game launcher to see if that sorted it but even after using fixes
on that did get it to update after one fix it still comes up with this application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)

no virus programs or firewall blocking it first thing i check,..and restarted it after checking the files with steam..

also did a DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

and a sfc/scannow after with no problems found...
