Anybody else notice this? It used to play flawlessly at 40 for me before the update, with a few dips. Now everything is super low res all of a sudden, regardless of graphic settings. What is weird is I had a game running with a bunch of older savestates, and when I load those up, the game looks normal again, but goes back to fuzzy as soon as I get in the car. I'm not talking fps dips, the whole game is suddenly low res, even if I put everything at low. Very perplexing. Anyway, if anyone has had those kind of issues since installing the patch, please share, so I know I'm the only one.
