Restore to factory settings and the “Other” folder

I have a 512 Steam Deck, with lots of games installed across the internal and SDcards.
At this point I can’t install anything new anywhere because the “Other“ folder has filled the space.
Not sure if that auto cleans when (only Steam) games are deleted, or if restoring the Deck to factory settings will clear it.
