How do I know when the Steam Deck is fully charged without turning on the screen?

I noticed that the white charging light seems to stay on even when the deck is fully charged (if 99% is considered to be fully charged anyway, I've never seen it hit 100% even after leaving it plugged in overnight).

Not sure if I overlooked something or not but I'm wondering if there's a way to know if the device is fully charged without having to manually wake the device to check the battery %
