Hello, I believe to have some variety of the black screen of death issue but slightly different then what I've seen others post. Essentially what has happened multiple times is if my deck is dead and I plug it in, the charging light comes on and goes between 3 brightness settings, and the deck itself vibrates repeatedly every few seconds, even after 20 mins charging, which I feel like should be enough to at least turn on. I have tried holding the power for 10 seconds and 3 seconds, as well as power with both volume up and volume down. I don't get any fans running or noises indicating it's on, just the random vibrating every few seconds while it's plugged in. It seems to fix itself after it's most of the way or fully charged but I'd like to be able to use my device when it's below 50% and plugged in still. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you.
