Has anyone gotten PCSX2 (Flatpak) to work with SteamROMManager?

I'm using the built-in profile, I've looked at the CLI syntax here as well and tried to modify it to try and get the games to boot through Steam, but they won't.
I've tried:
"/usr/bin/flatpak" run net.pcsx2.PCSX2 "[game path]" -batch -fullscreen
(this is the SteamROMManager default)
"/usr/bin/flatpak" run net.pcsx2.PCSX2 -batch -fullscreen "[game path]"
"/usr/bin/flatpak" run net.pcsx2.PCSX2 -batch -fullscreen -- "[game path]"
All of these open PCSX2, which closes itself immediately.
For the record, opening the games from inside the emulator normally works fine. Any ideas?
