Helldivers Servers Full

Booted up for the first time and I've been waiting 10 minutes because the servers are full and it keeps retrying. Is this happening often for anyone else?
Edit: after 3 attempts each lasting about 30 minutes, I got in. Really hope this doesn't keep happening every time I boot it up.

I've managed to get connected, however it doesn't stay long then I get a 'no network' error in game.
