My steam deck has been randomly freezing/crashing while playing games for the past few months.

Sometimes it'll go days in between crashes, other times it will happen every 15-30 mins. During a crash, the game will freeze, and after a few minutes, the screen will go blank and then change to the steam logo with a verifying installation message.

I tried doing a factory reset, which didn't help (funnily enough I think it even froze in the middle of resetting). I had a crash after the reset, and while trying to turn it on, I'd get a black screen but still heard the fans come on.

I did upgrade my SSD within the first few weeks of getting my deck, but never had any crashes until recently.

Has anyone else had this happen and knows a fix? Or should I just get it sent in for an RMA? (it would be the second RMA for this device, the first was just a minor issue I had with the joysticks)
