Is there a way to fully backup/restore data between 2 steam decks?

I just got the OLED and planned on moving everything from my original Steam deck to the OLED model. I was planning on making a backup via rsync and opting out of the Clonezilla method. I wanted to know if anyone had any other methods that they thought were easier when transferring everything between 2 Steam decks (or 2 Linux machines in general).

With people upgrading from LCD to OLED and potentially selling off their old models, this is something I'm sure there's more info on this that would be relevant for this new deck release.
