Any way to run old big picture instead of the standard UI?

Post Body

So the Steam Deck's UI is just the new Big Picture with some menus changed. I don't like the new Big Picture at all, like for example the new controller remapping menus are awful and restrictive. If you want the old big picture on desktop, you just add -oldbigpicture as a command line option to Steam, but the Steam session is loaded by sddm/systemd/whatever and it's not clear how to to tell it to load old Big Picture. I mean I'm pretty sure the /usr/bin/gamescope-session script launches Steam, and it does have a steamargs=... line, but adding -oldbigpicture to it does nothing.
