Transferring Hogwarts (EPIC/ Windows) to steamdeck (Heroic Launcher)

I copied the Hogwarts file from my PC and transfered it to the steamdeck heroic games folder via external hard drive and i clicked on the "import game" on the heroic launcher but when I try to launch the game this pops up.
"the following components(s) are required to run this program: Microsoft Visual C Runtime."
When I change wine/proton the game doesn't open at all. Is there a way to fix this or do I just download the game from the epic store in the heroic launcher?
