I've got to say, as a non-tech person, I'm disappointed by Emudeck. For legality reasons I can't go too far into the weeds, but whereas you all seem to be able to do whatever you want right out of the box I'm here resisting the urge to chuck my Steam Deck out a window. If Emudeck wants to attract more stupid, non-tech savvy, non-Linux using filthy casuals like me, they need to understand that I an much dumber than the person they're writing for. I've found the past week of struggling frustrating, and this whole endeavor feels like it was a mistake.

EDIT: So I managed to solve my own problem, and it turns out to have been pretty simple. I'm not going to say what I did, because if I ever do then I'll need to honor my blood-oath and turn my freshly peeled flesh into bacon, which I'm going to assume nobody wants to see.
