Finished upgrading SSD but 50gb space was taken up?

So I upgrade from 64gb to 512gb. Finished updating everything. But when I check the storage. It says 460.1gb free of 463.4gb. I am wondering where did the other 50gb go? I am confused because when I rebooted the Deck, the USB stick only has 150mb and nothing else. So I am confused on what happened since I havent install anything just yet. Can anyone help me please? Thank you.
