Is it possible to filter the Steam store to only show items I do own?

As above, there is an option to filter out already owned games from the store, but there doesn't appear to be any way to do the inverse of that. Anyone know if this is possible via a plugin or 3rd party website? This would be very useful for recommending/buying games for friends.
