Holiday Emoticons not in the Market this sale?

In past sales I would usually wait until the last day and scoop up 1 of each emoticon for cheap instead of spending tokens or the currency that sale to buy them. Since it was usually cheaper that way. However this sale, whenever I search for them. The emoticons, chat stickers, whatever. I can't seem to find them.
Did steam make them all non-marketable/trade-able or am I looking in the wrong place?
