Is there anyway to change the launch location from one drive to the other?

Post Body

I have a game that I installed on my HDD that I would like to move onto my SSD. I have copied the game onto my SSD, however Steam still recognizes the original location (D:) as the place to launch from.

I've tried deleting it off the HDD and installing on the SSD however I need to have room for the game twice, (Once for the actual files, the other so Steam can start the DL then recognize the files.) which I don't have.

What do I do in order for Steam to launch the game from my SSD?
